Fuerteventura

Hey hey hey! 

As I mentioned before on my blog, me and Luke went on holiday to Fuerteventura. We've stayed there for a week and absolutely loved every minute of it! It was so beautiful and hot & there was just so much to do. We have been so busy, rushing around everyday to try as many things as we possibly could. Some of the highlights of our holiday would definitely be a cruise that we took to Lanzarote, several trips to Sand Dunes desert and camel riding! 

I'm having the biggest holiday blues as I'm writing this post but  I will definitely visit Fuerteventura again and I can't wait to do so!

So I just wanted to tell you guys a little bit  about the island and show you some photos that we took. I really wish I could share them all with you but we took at least 2000 photos (if not more) so it would be quite difficult haha!

We have stayed at Oasis Duna Hotel which was an excellent choice as our apartment was very clean and spacious and the hotel itself was very close to all local amenities. 

The beach, Corralejo high street and the main bus stop were only a five-minute walk from the hotel.

The resort offers an uncountable list of places to visit and things to do .You would definitely find something for yourself; from a wide choice of water-sports, cruises, boat trips, volcano exploring to relaxing on the beach,walking through the desert and admiring most spectacular views...As you can possibly imagine, we didn't have enough time to try everything which I was very upset about, but we will be definitely returning back.  

We went self-catering which I like as you get to explore different places to eat out rather than just stay around the hotel. It was fairly cheap and very easy to find the right place, considering I'm such a fussy eater! I would definitely recommend the steaks as they are absolutely beautiful and humongous. I've had at least 3 during the week!;)

The weather was very hot and beautiful throughout the week, leaving me now with peeling skin and burnt shoulders.:D I really had an amazing time and if you guys ever  wonder where to go on holiday, consider Fuerteventura- I'm sure you'll love it just as much as I do!

15 facts about me.

Hey guys, it has been a while since I have posted on here. 

Today is a busy day ; I need to go shopping, pack my suitcase and then go to work. I'm off to Fuerteventura tomorrow morning and I totally can't wait. When I'm back, I will definitely do a post about my holiday.

I thought I would do '15 facts about me' post, so you can get to know me better as I haven't wrote much about myself before.

Here we go then:

1. I was born in 1997.
2. I have two younger sisters and always wanted a brother.
3. I hate pineapples, watermelons and mangos.
4. I wanted to work in travel and tourism industry since I was 6 years old - that's when I flew on a plane for the first time; I travelled to Chicago to visit my family.
5. Majority of my clothes are black, white or grey.
6. Luke is my best friend. 
7. I sleep with a giant teddy-bear 'Mike' and always sleep with my bedside lamp on. 
8. I lost my dad in March,2014. He was 36 and died of cancer.
9. I work at Premier Inn Hotel as a waitress and receptionist. 
10. I love shopping and I spend most of my wages on clothes.
11. I'm addicted to Pretty Little Liars.
12. I've lived in Birmingham for nearly 6 years.
13. I have three tattoos.
14. Since October 2014, I have seen my boyfriend everyday except for the week I went to India. 
15. I've never dyed my hair before.

Goodbye May, Hello June!

Hey guys!

I can't believe it's June already! Time is literally flying by!
If I had to choose my favourite month, it would definitely be June. This month holds many memories that will never be replaced but also a lot of exciting things that are still to come. 



5 reasons why June is my favourite month:

• My birthday is in June. Yaaay!
• My baby sister - Amelia was born in June.
• Summer starts and School finishes. Nothing can beat this!
• It's holiday time! This year me and Luke are going to Fuerteventura and Lanzarote in Canary Islands.
• Days get warmer and life just generally gets better. ;)

I wanted to add a new post yesterday, but didn't have enough time, so here it is today..;)

As I haven't done one before, this post will be about my 'ootd'. My camera was not charged so I had to use my phone, therefore the quality is not the best, :(
